HHEEEY! (: Okay, so this is my first one-shot. I just wanted to have a try, because I've read a couple, and they're waaayy good. I mean, I fell in love. I've planned to write a couple different one-shots, like maybe some funny, some dramatic, ladidada. When anda review and tell me what anda think, I mean it. Tell me what anda reallly think.
The human before me stood frozen, with fear detectable in his eyes. His hati, tengah-tengah was beating like a hammer in his chest, as if waves were crashing down over a rock. Yeah, this human was obviously afraid of what I might do.
Yet, that fear only made me want to kill him faster. I took one step, and in that one step, a small part of me, deep, deep down, told me not to harm him. It was like every other time I fed. But that part of me was deep enough to ignore. The human's breathing intensified as his eyes desperately searched for someone to help him.
There was no one to help him though. We were in a dark ally, in the city of Novosibirsk. This human must of realised how completly foolish it was to wander around at this time of the night. If not, then I guess I must have to tunjuk him. I grabbed his neck with one hand, and from the first touch, I felt his soft smooth skin. Beneath my fingers, I could feel the rythym of his blood flowing through his veins. That same yearning that I felt everyother time I touched atau saw a humans neck flooded through me.
I leaned forward, ready to drain him. My fangs tingled the slightest bit just before I bit him.
My teeth teared into his skin, causing him to cry out in pain. But he soon began to relax, as the stream of blood surged into my mouth. It was everything I remembered to be. Luscious, rich and of pure bliss.
I kept drinking, and drinking. It's not like I'm hurting anyone, anyway. He was getting high off this, the twig. The human started getting weaker and weaker, until there was no life atau blood left in him. I pushed him away from me, as if disgusted from our proximity, and he fell limp to the ground. I felt refreshed now that i've fed.
I began walking, out of the ally, and away from the body. From my very first kill as a Strigoi, I understood why Lissa got so carried away when a dhamphir's throat was exposed.
Damn, I mentally cursed. There was no time to be thinking about Lissa.
My hand reached up to wipe my mouth as I made my way around the corner. But it was when the wind from the east caught up with me, that I recognised the sent of aftershave.
