I picked no, as I don't think Holmes was as rude as House. He could match House for intelligence and snark, I'm sure. Oh, and the drug use, but House seems to hate all humans and has a mean streak a mile wide. Holmes wasn't that horrible to people. A bit rude at times yes, but not as bad as House.

I still like to watch House though.

Well, David Shore did say once that House was inspired on Sherlock Holmes, so they have a lot of similarities, like the drug addiction, they both live in a flat with the numbers 221 B, the both love solving puzzles,Watson is his only friend, etc.
