Let me tell you one thing: You`re a GG fan. You have an unpopular GG opinion such as not shipping Chair or not liking either Chuck or Blair. Believe me there`s a chance of 80% of getting bashed by at least one person. Ofcource i`m referring to GG fans of fanpop only. Same for OTH. You`ll either ship BL or LP. You`ll get at least bashed once if you get involved in the ship war. You`ll say you don`t like NH. People will say you`re insane/out of mind. This doesn`t apply to all GG or OTH fans ofcource. But it`s just sickening the fact that IT HAPPENS. And all i`m saying is: Everyone`s entintled to fucking personal opinions whether these opininions are polular between fans or not. Everyone has the freaking right to express it.

Epic Skins with Epic Skins fans is that even when there`s being a debate about the Freddie/Effy/Cook triangle,people will listen to you. They`ll read what you`re saying and they`ll calmy simply mention they agree or disagree on what you`re saying. They`ll not attack you on a personal level or use curse words. They`ll not act as insane 10 year olds,any fucking way. And I love that. I love that Skins fans are 100% passionate without being LOUD and without bullying others and trying to bring them down. They mostly focus on Skin`s epicness and that`s all they care about.

^ agree :) i've experienced the bashing for personal opinions on alot of spots but haven't encountered that with Skins fans, they really are welcoming and respectful. We can have civil debates and discussions and you don't have to with hold your opinion for fear of being shot down or criticized, it's great :)

ITA! ^ This show's fans are such a breath of fresh air after being nagged in almost every other fandom. In Veronica Mars I get nagged for not liking LoVe, then there is stuff in GG, etc. We love Skins and isn't that what matters? Hell yeah!

Totally agree with this. Having dealt with the insaneness that is the OTH BL/LP love triangle everyone involved gets bashed at some time. But Skins fans are SO much easier to talk to. Its such a nice environment to be in, and everyone just appreciates the show for its epicness. And of course we're all badasses so thats' pretty fucking awesome <3

That is actually so true. Everyone is so open to other peoples opinions, and we all use the spot because we love the show Skins, and not cause we are obsessed with the couples on it.
