How bad is anxiety supposed to get?

I heard it can get pretty bad. I started crying when my teacher asked me a soalan in front of the class... lebih and lebih anxiety leads to panic attacks.

Do anda mean - what is the worst that could happen when you're having an anxiety attack?

It may sound silly, but the worst thing that could happen - is that anda forget to breathe! Which could result in fainting. anda can NOT die from anxiety (comforting to know).

If anda find your hati, tengah-tengah beating like that again, try focusing on your breathing, try to breathe lebih slowly and deeply.
