Absolutely. Pete would be meeting new and interesting girls in college.

Sorry, but she's no M.J. I wouldn't have missed her.

She was a nice addition. Otherwise it would have been Pete, M.J, and Harry in their little world every week. In college, people and classmates come in and out of your life from semester to semester.

Indira "Indy" Daimonji was odd for me at first, but as the years went by I think she was indeed a warm welcome to the Spider-Man mythos. A different kind of girl for Peter;

Betty Brant was the older type (by older, I mean four years older going by Spectacular Spider-Man) and emotional train reck from the Untold Tales of Spider-Man stories.

Liz Allen Who loved him because Betty was in love with her, but that passed and her feelings became real, however because of differences in their levels of social acceptance kept them apart.

Gwen Stacy Peter's first true love, nice, sweet and innocent.

Debra Whitman For awhile they started dating, however things kept coming up in his secret life as Spider-Man and he kept giving her excuses to get out of the date. Because of Peter's rejections, she started to date Biff Rifkin for emotional support, but her infatuation with Peter did nothing but grow.

Mary Jane Watson The wild party girl, who has loved Peter since they first met.

Felicia Hardy (Black Cat) Doesn't think much of Peter, but loves his superhero identity, Spider-Man.

I am sad they did put her in a coma after being pushed off a building by Spider-Man who was hypnotized in the final episode. I think if they brought Indy back in the comics, Indy would be working on a viral news site, where Peter still helps send in some videos to her. Indy would still be more open with her feelings to Peter (then the other girls), and have an instinct for danger. Indy new appearance would be Asian, who's a cross between geek and college sophomore, and have the personality of Chloe Sullivan (aka Allison Mack) from Smallville.
