“Miss Masters?”
Meg looked up and saw Doctor Spencer came her way. She scribbled up.
“Can I talk with anda for a moment?” he asked and he sounded deadly serious. Meg followed him to an empty room and he waved at a chair. Meg sat down and so did Doctor Spencer.
“We checked Mr. Novak’s blood. The sample I took last week. We couldn’t find anything” Doctor Spencer began. Meg knew there was lebih to come, atau else he wouldn’t have taken her apart. “However, the lab has examined his blood again after he was brought in last week. And this time they found a small amount of heroin in his blood”
“What?” Meg berkata breathless.
“Miss Masters, there is a chance that it wasn’t murder” Doctor Spencer continued.
“Are anda telling me Cas did this to himself?” Meg exclaimed trembling.
“No, the drugs did it” Doctor Spencer explained. “And it wasn’t just drugs. I was in your house. There were empty medicine strips. I think it would be wise to get him some help if he wakes up”
“When he wakes up” Meg snapped at the doctor. She got up from the chair and left the room, just in time to see Heather walk to her.
“I called them. They’re on their way” she said. Meg lifted her hand and slapped her in the face. “What?...”
“How could you?” Meg asked shaking from head to toe. “Heroin? I ask anda to help him and anda give him drugs?”
“Meg, I’m sorry. anda were desperate and I really wanted to help him” Heather tried to defend herself.
“You didn’t seem so concerned when anda were screwing him” Meg shouted. “You almost killed him! If he dies, it’s on you. I’ll tell the cops what anda did”
“Please, Meg, we can talk about this” Heather begged. But Meg shook her head. “Get out. I don’t want to see anda here ever again”
Heather realized there was no room for discussion. “I’m really sorry, Meg” she sobbed, before she turned around and headed for the exit.

They heard a noise and looked aside. Cas opened his eyes and frowned.
“Dean?” he berkata hoarse.
“I’m here” Dean said, quickly walking to Cas. He helped Cas sit up and supported his back. He looked from Cas’ injuries to Zoey. “If anda really Cinta him, you’ll let him go”
Zoey shook her head.
Cas put his fingers in his blood and painted a sigil on the floor. He poked Dean and nodded weak at the bloody sign.
“What is it?” Zoey wanted to know.
But Dean put his hand on the sigil and he and Cas vanished in a blinding light.
“No one has to die, moron!” Dean yelled angry. “Put the api, kebakaran out, open the door, do something!”
Zoey shook her head. “I can’t. Crowley will kill me, if I let anda go”
