-FireMaiden- picked Alex Danvers; Broken Ace:
Kara Danvers + All Loving Hero: Kara is smart, optimistic, just, and adorable. Her brand of heroism comes from a place of pure goodness, and she is not riddled or bogged down by the cynicism and atonement that weighs heavily into Oliver Queen's journey or the pain and loss that weighs into Barry Allen's journey. Kara, despite everything that she goes through on a daily basis, always sees the good in people. She inspires people to be better, and her smile can light up an entire room.

Sara Lance + The Atoner: For Sara, unlike Laurel, her stint as the Canary was very much a by product of her time on the island and the obstacles she had to battle, both externally and internally. She makes note of the fact that the Canary was never born out of a source of strength and moving forward, but was really a result of her painful past. Nonetheless, after taking on the mantle of the White Canary, she very much steps into the role of a "hero in the light" as Laurel put it in the Legends pilot. And boy, is she an incredible hero.

Iris West + The Heart: Iris is certainly The Heart, if there ever was one. She takes charge when Team Flash falls apart and works to remind everyone of their own potential. She's incredibly loyal and logical and extremely strong (she gives up her own potential happiness and the fact that technically they found an alternative for her to live to protect Barry's legacy as the Flash when she returns Barry's memories). She places protecting Barry's humanity above her own life, she gets Cisco to vibe her into Barry and Kara's musical dream world, she brought the team together both early on in season 2 and then again in season 3, and she adamantly stands her ground that some heroes are always heroes when her boss wants her to write a negative piece on the Flash.

Felicity Smoak + The Plucky Girl: In many ways, Felicity is the quintessential "plucky girl." She extremely intelligent, she's optimistic, she's fun, and she's got some of the most adorkable one-liners. But besides that, Felicity's journey has shown that she has a darker side, that she's struggling with a difficult past what with a stalker ex-boyfriend and a neglectful father, and then having lost the use of her legs for a brief period of time, and that she can keep a cool-head and make really difficult, life/death decisions, all the while remaining optimistic to a degree.

Caitlin Snow + Break the Cutie: In many ways, Caitlin embodies the "break the cutie" trope. She's such a sweetheart, but her life is repeatedly filled with tragedy over tragedy, and yet she keeps her core... until of course, she's forced to deal with her Killer Frost persona. Her father died, and then Ronnie died, and we find out that her mother is neglectful of her, and yet Caitlin finds an outlet in working at S.T.A.R. Labs, where she is able to really explore her medical intelligence. However, Killer Frost is sort of the last straw; she's forced to deal with the heightened anger, residual from all that has happened to her, and she's faced with something she cannot even fathom: hurting people, when all she has ever wanted to do is help them.

Alex Danvers + Broken Ace: Alex is highly intelligent (she's a brilliant scientist), and a highly trained marksman. She's the "badass normal," but despite that Alex has extreme self-worth issues. She often has felt as if whatever she does is not enough to make her mother proud; she struggled with being able to live her own life and realize her sexuality because she was so preoccupied with Kara. She informed Maggie that anytime she does anything for herself, it ends badly. Alex is so relatable; honestly, I feel like her perfectionism and her goodness is something I strive for, and I've always felt like I'm not good enough.

Thea Queen + Action Survivor: Thea has become an Action Girl in later seasons, but her journey to become Speedy was informed by the difficult life she has lead. The emotional obstacles she faces what with losing her father and believing she lost her brother, finding out that her biological father is Malcolm Merlyn, and being trained, against her will, by Malcolm to be an assassin. Thea has survived so much, and she's come out stronger for it.

Lena Luthor + The Chessmaster: While Lena is a good person who strives to distance herself from her not so good relatives' legacy, her allegiances are murky. That makes for an interesting character, because Lena's moves are hard to guess. She's a good friend though, and she stands up for herself and what she believes in. Her idealism is juxtaposed against her wanting to make the Luthor name something better than it is, and the struggle she goes through in balancing that is really intriguing.

Laurel Lance + To be Lawful or Good: I fluctuated between action girl, defrosting the ice queen, and to be lawful or good when it comes to Laurel, but I think her character journey most reflected the latter. Laurel is an attorney, and in some sense, she struggled with reconciling lawfulness and vigilanteism. Upon donning the Black Canary mantle, she is able to realize both, as evidenced by her stating, "I'm the justice you can't run from." It's great how her career as a lawyer informed her future vigilanteism as the Black Canary. She's tough and levelheaded and righteous, and we see these qualities both when she's litigating in a courtroom and when she's fighting on the streets. Unfortunately, the writers decided to truncate her journey :(

LindiaForeva101 picked Thea Queen; Action Survivor:
!!! YES, honestly Thea is the Action Survivor, but I never see this highlighted enough. I also really relate to what Thea went through. All of these honestly, but especially the Heart for Iris, All loving Hero for Kara, and Plucky Girl for Felicity.
