Though he is more of weasel, he's definitely had some bad ass moments too, like withholding the medicine as Tyrol lay dying on the floor to get information out of whichever #8 (Sharon or Athena I honestly can't remember) they were holding at the time. I think what it comes to with Gaius is he will do anything (however extreme) to protect himself over everyone else, which can at times leave him way out in the antagonistic "villain" spectrum.

Yeah, that's true. Baltar's definitely had some moments like that.

well i was gonna pick angelus but then i realize that he scares me i much prefer angel, but spike was a badass and was funny i loved him.

angelus is so evil and twisted ;)
spike is in close second, though, because he can kick serious ass when he wants and he's hilarious
