Thuke is the real tragic romance that Aphrodite was talking about. I mean seriously, Percabeth ends happily ever after. They Ciuman in an underwater bubble. On the other hand, Luke dies and Thalia becomes an immortal virgin. Which one sounds lebih like a typical Romeo and Juliet scenario (not that Luke would ever wear tights atau not climb up a balcony.) Maybe Luke will end up being reborn and then him and Thalia can live happily ever after. That is if Artemis does not turn him into a jackelope atau if she does not accept her lieutenant's resignation.

athena305 True, true. Although there was never any romance between Thalia and Luke. I mean, to us girly readers, the brooding looks are a sure sign, but Rick Riordan is a guy. A smart, talented guy, but a guy none the less. And, as we can tell from the whole Percabeth debacle, guys can be clueless. When he writes romance, it's obvious. There aren't any cryptic hints or dialogue. He says flat-out: he likes her, she likes him, they like/don't like each other. It's simple. So I don't think he meant Lulia (see? their names don't work together! a sure sign) to get together.
