I was 17, and a cheerleader at high school. We had a magician perform at the school, and I got picked by him to be sawed in half in front of the whole school in his Clearly Impossible sawing. It was totally unrehearsed, but I loved it so much I actually ended up working for him not long after, and worked with him for five years until I was 22 and had to quit as I was pregnant with my first child.

Only been sawed in half once, when I was 21 and got picked out of the audience at a magic show.

I was 18 and it was a few days after my birthday. My boyfriend knew that I was into magic and had an ambition to be sawed in half, so he arranged it with a magician he was friends with.

I was a really late starter, as I was 38 my first time.
