As soon as Hazel exchanged another message with John finding out where exactly he was, she messaged her Friends in a group chat. I won’t let anything happen to John, she vowed. Within minutes, she received balas back saying things like, “Johnny’s in danger??” “What kind of danger, Hazel?” “What are we doing about it?” “You can count on us!” as well as a number of worried face emojis.
