hgforever ummm no the districts should go in order not b scattered all over the place

KatnissRaniebow i was thinking Capitol: rockies district1: middle of panem district2: a cirle around it district3: a cirle around 2 and so on kinda like a target so by the time you get to district 12 you have a very thin circle around all of the districts so by tht district 12 would be a small thingy majigger... and the capitol is off over there <<< but then again i made adjustments to panem in my mind so its a little different than what i discribed

shaelybell i think district 12 should be on the kentucky and virgina line i no what u r thinking that this location dosent explain the weather the explain in the book it truly dose because i live hear and for the past two years the winter has been terible with mild springs and falls m,and super hot summers p.s.( i am no good at spelling sorry)

mollyodair umm... otakuclan...according to the 1st book, the capitol is in the rockies and the districts stretch from the capitol to district 12-which is in the appalachian range...
