Neither. Plain and simple. If her name is not specifically berkata in the movie (which it is not) then we must assume that she is neither. Anything else just isn't canon. And "canon" is everything.
Does not look like either of them to me. Well, perhaps a bit like Sarabi. And as Disney's official site claims that Sarabi is in that movie, it is possible to be Sarabi. But that site includes a gazillion screamingly false claims on character information so it is just as possible that that is not Sarabi.
But to answer your question; yes, it COULD be one of them.
Yes, it's Sarafina. Sarabi died of old age and she would've had black around her ears like cub Simba. I think Sarafina's name was in the credits too. But I don't know, she does have the wrong eye color.

Is that official that Sarabi had died (of old age)? Becasuse for all I know there's nothing official on Sarabi's whereabouts, just peminat theories to fill the absence.
Definitely not Sarabi, as she doesn't look a thing like her.
The things that are not the same as Sarafina are her eye colour and her bulu colouring. Sarafina's eyes are blue-green and her bulu is a light sand colour like Nala's.
As anda can see in this picture, Sarafina's features look just like Nala's.
Sarabi because for one thing, Sarafina has lighter bulu and blue green eye colour while Sarabi has this eye colour and a darker kot and also her facial features look the same as Sarabis so i would say definatly Sarabi
It is a Rawak lioness. I can explain why. Sarafina's eyes are green and she has a sand color of bulu like Nala. Sarabi's actress died a tahun after The Lion King was released. Disney claimed that Sarabi would make non speaking cameo appearances in the film. If that singa betina, singa talked it would mean she would just be a Rawak lioness. Possibly a friend of Sarafina, Sarabi, Nala, etc.

But the Disney website says it's supposed to be Sarabi. So I'll just go with Rawak lioness. Because if she were Sarabi she would have black around her ears.
