50,000 simoleons: shift+C+ motherlode
all houses free: shift+C+freerealestate

If u r playing The Sims3 then u should focus in one family and if you,d like to play another one anda should not (start new game) but go to (edit Town) and then switch (change Current Household) and choose another family atau create new one. The traits!! anda are free to choose but in my opinion if u want successful family life : Family Oriented Friendly , Good Sense of Humor , Neat , Good... are the best traits especially for women Sims. Avoiding Mean,Hot Head , Grumpy which may crashes the relation Ships , and also Flirty traits which mights lead for jealousy... have fun

idk if anda use the money cheat but that makes the game not fun. Always pursue their life goals and their big lifetime wish. It will make the game lebih fun for you. I always build this big house and I make a family and start them out in a house they can afford. Keep working and do other ways to earn money so anda can buy that big house anda built!
