Does anyone know what level of skill in 'Inventing' and how many scraps anda need to make a ghost zapper?

I'm pretty certian what your talking about isn't what I'm looking for. Apparently, the PC game doesn't have it unless anda become a ghost hunter so yes, there is actually an item that allows anda to catch ghosts. My items are just different from yours but thanks for the suggestion :)

actually i,v mastered the inventing skill too many times sejak my sims and made all the available items but um sure there,s no ghost zappers. but as u berkata u can get this tool for free sejak joining Ghost Hunting career.
