What should I do about glitches on Sims 3 xbox?

I was playing on Sims 3 xbox and I made a family with two young adults, three teenagers and a child. I got one of the teenagers (George) to Ciuman one of the other teenagers (Robin-Louise). Then after they made out and everything George went off to play on the swing. I went to the town map and I clicked on the spa I made George go there with Robin-Louise, Robin-Louise got there fine but George wouldn't go and it berkata he was trapped at home. So I went utama and he was stood in mid air near the swings and he couldn't alih anywhere, how can I get him to move?
