I love Stelena but I know this kiss was the start of Delena :( But for now it's not true love, but I also think she could deeply fall in love with Damon. Maybe it's time to see some Delena, but I hope Stelena comes back fast :)

it's true that there is something between them already but she kissed him. and she doesn't love him yet. I would love if it was really because of love but that just seemed like oh you're dying maybe I could make your last moments better with this because you mean something to me. it's just not love yet.

I think it wasn't out of pity because Elena wouldn't kiss someone just because out of pity. Yes, she cares a lot about other people but kiss someone because she feels sorry for someone? Never! That would be too out of her character for me.. And you could see on her facial expressions in the bedroom scene that she's in love with him
