(Books) Since Damon loves both Elena and Bonnie, aren't they fighting? They both Cinta Damon, right? So why are they even Friends still?

I would say they are still Friends because they have known each other so long and been threw too much together. I believe one who have to deeply offend the other for them to completely stop being friends.
