The long-waited continuation of Tigerstar's Revenge has arrived! Sorry for the hold...

ANOTHER SHORT HALF-MOON PASSED SINCE THE death of Snowfur. My grandmother, Swiftbreeze, had telah diberi birth to three kits: Redkit, Willowkit, and Spottedkit. It still is weird to think that these kits are my aunts and uncle along with Patchpelt. I mean, I'm older than them! It didn't matter to me that much, but it was rather strange.

It was a hari after the Gathering, and a thought had occurred to me when I had a dream. I was walking casually in the forest.

"Tigerkit."

I looked around, gasping. The deep meow just came out of nowhere. Yet, it sounded familiar, too.

"Dad?"

"Tigerkit." Pinestar was standing in front of him, a good distance away. "Follow me."

I was determined to chase after the tom that broke my mother's heart, to confront him and to set records straight. Pinestar needed to explain.

But as I ran, Pinestar disappeared.

I skidded to a halt. "Pinestar!" I looked around. "Where'd anda go?"

The world around me was now black. I opened my eyes, blinking at the surrounding Kucing that were sleeping.

I have to find Pinestar! I thought. Maybe that's what the dream meant.

I was almost six moons, anyways. Why not? What's the worst that could happen?

It was just dawn, now, and every cat was asleep. No cat would know that I was gone. Quick as a fox, I slipped out of the gorse entrance, without looking back.

I was able to get up the ravine with no problem. It was a piece of mouse, really. But, it was when I got to the actual forest when things started getting out of hand.

To be honest, I had no training whatsoever with the outside world. I've only known about the camp, and I've never been any farther before. I couldn't tell the difference between enemy Clan scent and a wood pigeon. I had no sense of direction, so I didn't know where Twolegplace was. And, after being away from ThunderClan for so long, I couldn't find Pinestar's scent.

"I'd might as well go back to camp," I sighed, turning around.

That was when I realized something.

I was lost.

There was no ravine, and I didn't know my surroundings! This was a stupid idea, Tigerkit! I just figured I'd go throughout the territory till I see something familiar.

But then I heard a rumbling noise as I mindlessly travelled. I looked around, my eyes searching frantically as the fear-scent pitifully drifted off my pelt. sejak that sound, I've never been so scared in my life.

That was when I saw what was growling. A tawny-colored animal was in the bushes, watching me. It's ugly long muzzle twisted in a sneer as its blood-hungry eyes seeped into my soul.

It was a fox.

Immediately sensing danger, I did the first thing that came to my mind. I ran. I ran faster than I ever thought I would. Even with all the effort I put in my sprint, the fox's breath was hot at my tail. I yelped as its gaping jaws snapped at the air.

Unfortunately, the fox was too clever for me. As I reached a long gray clearing, I was cornered against the stone--no way out.

The brute's eyes gleamed with satisfaction.

I'm going to die! I cried in my head. [That's it of Tigerkit, the great kit of ThunderClan! Goodbye, cruel world![/i]

The fox stretched its claws over to my face, and I flinched. As I made my duck, I felt a scraping pain on my ear. The warmth of crimson drops hit my face as I cowered in fear.

This is the end!

But, as the tawny dog-like creature stretched out an unsheathed paw again, there was a strange yowling in the distance.

Across the gray pavement, a patrol of Kucing pelted towards us. They were definitely not ThunderClan! I guess sejak their appearance and what side of the forest they were on that they're ShadowClan cats. ShadowClan had a strange, masam scent, that hit the roof of my mouth faster than a jelatang, melukakan hati sting.

The three ShadowClan warriors launched themselves at the fox, clawing its bulu in mats. They tustled and wrestled fiercely. But, with a nip at the legs, the brute turned tail and ran away, across the forest.

I noticed that the ShadowClan warriors' fighting skills were spectacular! I couldn't help purring with admiration.

"Wow! That was so cool!" I meowed, jumping towards the ShadowClan warriors. "I wish I can fight like that!"

All three ShadowClan Kucing glanced at each other. Then the gray tom spoke. "What' your name?"

"Tigerkit."

The ginger tom looked at me sternly. "Well, Tigerkit," he mewed, "one hari anda will be able to fight like us, if anda listen to your mentor and train really hard. But anda shouldn't even be out of your camp. What if we hadn't seen you? That fox would have made fresh-kill out of you!"

I scoffed. "I would've been fine." Though on the inside, I was so glad that they came to my rescue."

"Will anda get back on your own?" the she-cat asked nicely.

I nodded.

The ShadowClan warriors then darted out of the territory and headed for the other side of the forest from the gray path.

"Thanks for saving me!" I called to them. "ShadowClan will always be my friends! Someday, I'll help you, too!"

I slunk away, figuring the might've not heard me. Suddenly, I realized the nick in my ear that the blood was slowly drying into a crust on. What will Leopardfoot say when she sees him!

Well, I thought, I'd might as well head home.

It was sunhigh, now. I hadn't realized how long I was gone until I saw a patrol coming.

"Tigerkit!" they were calling. "Tigerkit!"

Oh, no! They knew I was gone!

Thistleclaw, Bluefur and Adderfang were calling out my name as they headed down the territory.

"Hey!" I called. "Over here!"

"Tigerkit?"

Everyone looked at me in shock as I padded casually towards them.

"Tigerkit!" Thistleclaw glared a me. "Why've anda strayed so far away from camp?"

I looked down at my paws. "I wanted to explore."

"You should never leave the camp without a warrior!" Bluefur meowed. "Your mother's so worried about you! And what are anda going to tell her about that nick in your ear?"

I never thought about what I was going to tell Leopardfoot, let alone show up.

I couldn't answer. My mew caught in my throat.

Thistleclaw sighed. "Let's just get anda home."

Sulking in the back, I followed the ThunderClan warriors back to camp. As I walked, I could't help feeling the surge of gratitude for ShadowClan for helping me! But, will I keep my promise? I thought to myself at that moment. Will I help ShadowClan in return? Would they even remember what they did for me when I help them...if I do?

I know, it's been a long time, but I was VERY busy. I hope anda understand. I'll try to make Chapter 9 as quick as I can. :D
