The 12 campers chosen for the third season of Total Drama Island step out of the bus, which happens to be a school bus to find a school-yard like place. They're greeted sejak Chris, Chef Hatchet, and some new interns. "Welcome campers, to the third season of TDI, Total Drama Highschool, TDH! You'll be spending the seterusnya 8 weeks at this abandoned uh... used-to-be schoolyard!" Chris says, then laughs. He glances around at all the castmates (Duncan, Courtney, Gwen, Bridgette, Trent, DJ, Owen, Leshawna, Heather, Harold, Geoff, and Justin.), and as he does so, he trie to hide another giggle. "Well, as some of anda might have figured, this season is all about..." (He pauses for suspense...) "Highschool!" Most of the castmates groan loudly. "Like, COME ON man!" Duncan scoffs, crossing his arms, "Highschool?! Why did I come here in the first place?" "Oh, come on Duncan, cheer up!" Courtney says, twirling her hair. Harold leans in. "Yeah Duncan, at least it's not-" Before he can finish, Duncan shoves him- hard. Chris clears his throat loudly, suddenly, causing all the castmates to glance in his direction. "Well, as I was saying..." (He glances at Duncan a lil angrily and he rolls his eyes) "since this season will be called Total Drama Highschool, anda all will have to complete school-themed challenges. If anda don't know what I mean, think about homework." He giggles and Duncan clenches his teeth, as well as Justin and Gwen. "Hello?" Heather says, annoyed. "Why would be here if it's like the same thing as home?" The rest of the campers nod, agreeing. "Well..." Chris says, giggling and narrowing his eyes... "Not exactly. anda all have a chance to win... some real money!!! And-" Justin interrupts him. "How much money do we have a chance to win?" Chris and Chef glance at each other, half amused, half nervous. "Uhhh... well we can't exactly tell anda that..." Duncan rolls his eyes. Chris shows the cast around the 'schoolyard' in a school bus. "Oh- I almost forgot. Since we won't have an outhouse atau a makeup trailer, anda campers can all dish your most secretive secrets in..." (He pauses dramatically...) "The JANITOR'S CLOSET!!!" He giggles and there are a lot of 'Aw, man's' and 'Oh, come on!'s' in the background. "Well, on with the challenge. This week's challenge is... PE class!!!" (The castmates cheer, all of them except Courtney and Harold.) "Excuse me? PE? Physical Education? On the first day???" Courtney shrieks, glaring at Chris. Duncan nudges her, staring at her with a come-on, chill! look. "Come on, Princess, chill! It's PE!" "I know that, Duncan!" "So why-" Courtney shakes her head. "Never mind." Duncan throws her a glare. Harold suddenly speaks up. "Uh... Chris... gym isn't really my specialty..." Chris laughs loudly, glances at Duncan, then Chef, then at Harold. "Don't worry Harold! I'm sure you'll have no trouble with today's challenge." He and Chef snicker quietly. "Oh, that's great, thanks, Chris!" Harold says, relieved. "I knew you-" A bola keranjang comes out of nowhere and hits him on the head. "OW!!! Chris, what was that?" The guys and Gwen snicker. "Okay okay, enough dilly-dallying. Time for this week's challenge!!! Let me introduce anda to a uh... friend of mine, Margaret. Margaret, come out!" She comes out, and the castmates gasp in surprise. "Hello, everyone! I'm Margaret, your new PE teacher. Chris offered me a position here, and as a friend of his, it sounded like fun!" Margaret berkata cheerily. She had brown hair like Courtney's except longer and shinier, blue eyes wiht really long lashes, and a perfect body. In other words... she was beautiful. "So perfect..." Chris mumbles, staring at Margaret. It was obvious he had a crush on her. Trent nudges him, and he shakes his head. "Wha... Oh, ok. As I was saying, this is Margaret, your new PE teacher!" Heather interrupts him. "Excuse me? How is SHE supposed to teach PE? She's like lebih girly than Lindsay is!" Chris narrows his eyes and said, Don't interrupt me! And as I was saying... where was I? Oh, right. With her degree in Physical Education teaching, and as the 1st prize winner of the Canadian womens' soccer, basketball, fencing, swimming, diving, rugby, skiing, snowboarding... anda get the idea." "Wow..." Harold says, staring awestruck at Margaret, "I've been waiting to meet anda for years! You're Margaret Riteman, aren't you?" "Margaret giggles sweetly. "Why, yes I am, er..."
"Harold."
"Oh, okay, Yes I am, Harold! I'm so glad I've got a fan!"
"Fan?" Harold says. "More like-"
"Okay okay. Let's get on with this!" Gwen snaps at him. "Ok. SHEESH!" Chris says. We're gonna choose teams now. Team Captains... lemme see.... Who wants to be team captain?" The two hands that shot up first were Duncan and Heather. "Well well. School rules. First come, first serve. And the two first were... Duncan and Heather! Team Captains! So, go ahead and pick your team." Chris gring evilly as the rest start arguing, saying they raised their hand first. "Duncan, you're on this side, Heather the other. Duncan first, since he raised his hand first." Heather scowls. "Duncan, your pick!" "I pick..." Courtney glances at him lovingly and flutters her eyelashes.
Duncan looks away. "Uh... Gwen!" Gwen smiles, surprised, but happy. She giggles, and walks over to him. They smile at eachother sweetly.
(Courtney in Janitor's Closet)
"Okay. I thought he was over me beating him up and all that last season! Like, what was THAT??? He picked Gwen first instead of me? And GWEN? Sure, she's his friend, but aren't I much lebih important? (Realizes what she's doing and scowls)Ugh... I'm gonna tunjuk that Duncan who's boss..." An intern giggles. "Wow, competitive, isn't she?" He says to another guy, trying not to let Courtney hear." "WHAT?" Well, of course. He's cute, but I've gotta tunjuk him!" She runs after the guy, chasing him at bahagian, atas speed.
(Gwen in Janitor's closet)
"Wow. I didn't think he really would pick me first! (Giggles sweetly and blushes) "Sure, he's my best friend on here, but anda think anda know a person..."
(Duncan in Janitor's closet)
"Ok. I know I did a horrible thing back there, but in my defense, I had like no idea what I was doing! The way she batted her eyelashes at me, it just practically froze me! I had no idea what to do! I'm still into her... aren't I?"
(Leshawna in JC)
"That Duncan is just crazy. But no matter what he does atau says, I can tell that boy still has it bad for Courtney." (She giggles.)
(A couple other people go in the JC, but I'm not gonna write it as it's taking too long hehe...)
"Ok. Heather, your turn." Chris grins.
"Hmmm... I pick... Justin."
Duncan whispers to Gwen: "She's up to something." Gwen nods. Courtney overhears, and says: "Duncan, I hope you're piking me next!" She narrows her eyes and scowls. Duncan's eyes widen. "Uhhh, sure, whatever." He looks away.
(Duncan in JC)
"Ok. She asked me to pick her?! What am I supposed to do? I already sound like a softie! That's it." He suddenly stands up. "I need to be my bad-boy self soon, and tunjuk that girl who's boss. If I don't... well... But..." He grins... "She is hot, and so talented! Aw, seriously man, what should I do?"
"Uhhh... I pick Courtney." Courtney grins delightedly.
The rest of the teams divide evenly, at the end the teams are:
1. Duncan (Team Captain), Gwen, Courtney, Geoff, Owen, and Leshawna.
2. Heather (TC), Trent, Bridgette, Harold, Justin, and DJ.
Team two is really annoyed at having Heather for a team captain... hehe I had to do that...
