No. As someone who is a HUGE Fairuza fan, and runs a website dedicated to her and her work, and as someone who's met her before, I can tell anda that I've pretty much heard of everything she's ever done, and Twin Peaks is not one of them. I'm 97% sure she was never in an episode of Twin Peaks.
