Naruto has wind style chakra. api, kebakaran style enhances wind style. In the Anime and Manga there are 5 chakra elements, with wind and api, kebakaran as two of them. When anda USE them they are called styles. Each chakra element, (Fire, Wind, water, lightning, earth) is strong to one and weak to one. For example, api, kebakaran is weak to water, because if anda put water on fire, it will go out. Basically, it's logic. If anda blow wind onto fire, it won't go out, the api, kebakaran would grow bigger. Then there are shinobi in Naruto with kekkai genkai, when anda combine two chakra elements to make a new one. Sometimes a kekkai genkai is passed down in a clan. For example, in a few of the chapters/episodes in the manga/anime, there is a character who posseses boil release, a kekkai genkai with mixture of water style and api, kebakaran style.
