I am taking a volleyball league and the coaches keep telling me to hit the ball like right in my elbow crease!!! That's not right is it? Or did the rules change or something?

yeah i wouldnt hit it there but i just change my habits and play according to what the coaches want.... it makes them happier and therefore, i get to play and be happy too!
