Before following the story, we must ask, what is Nuzlocke? Nuzlocke is a challenge in Pokemon games where the player must follow the specific rules. 1: They can only catch one Pokemon for an area, and can only catch the first one. If they can’t catch that Pokemon, then they are not allowed to catch any Pokemon for that route. saat rule, all Pokemon must be named in order to form a stronger bond with them. Third and final rule, if a Pokemon faints, they are dead, and must be released atau placed in the box permanently. The challenge was made to make the game harder and to make the bonds with one’s Pokemon all the lebih stronger. With that said, let us discuss the Events of Nik’s very own Nuzlocke Challenge.

Nik started out with getting his kegemaran Pokemon, Chespin. Chespin was named Mercury, as Nik saw nothing but victory for his starter Pokemon. With that, Nik was on his journey with Mercury.

On Route 2, Avance Trail, Nik ran into his first wild Pokemon, a Bunnelby. Without much care, of the Pokemon atau it’s gender, he named the female Bunnelby Axl Rose, simply just to get it over with. It was not the best start.

Walking through the Santalune Forest, Nik ran into a Caterpie. Despite it being a very pathetic Pokemon, Nik took his chance to get it regardless, but would only rarely level it up due to being a very weak Pokemon. He named the Caterpie Marky Mark.

On Route 3, Ouvert Way, Nik ran into a Pidgey, the first great catch he had found. Nik gave the Pidgey the name Kurt Cobain.

Finding a chance to get a free catch, Nik took the shortcut to Route 22, Detourner Way, to catch another Pokemon. Only disappointment was found as Nik captured a Dunsparce. Hating the creature, Nik could only give the creature an appropriate name to match it’s hate. The Dunsparce was named Taylor Swift.

Nik was faced with the Santalune City Gym Leader, Viola, and despite almost losing Mercury to her Pokemon, he was barely able to defeat her, getting a victory for Nik and Mercury and gaining the Santalune Gym Badge.

Nik wanted to get one lebih Pokemon to fill up his amount, and was able to run into a Skitty. With almost all of his Pokemon injured from Poison atau Paralysis, he sent out Marky Mark to weaken it, and despite almost falling, he was able to beat and capture the Skitty, and named it Elton John.

After the duel with Elton John, Marky Mark was able to evolve into a Metapod. Nik was slightly disappointed in the Evolution, but was glad to get his first six Pokemon and to lose no Pokemon on the First Day.
