No, there isn't according to wikipedias site. Thr penulis has also berkata that he was not planning to make it a Anime either, Yotsubato isn't that type of Manga that would look good on anime, it would lind of ruin the atmosphere. :<
Thats at least what the penulis think, but i think it would be cute as a anime.
