Ever since I've got utama from my holiday, I haven't been able to sleep. Last night I went to katil at 10 and got to sleep at 1 am. When I don't get to sleep I get really upset and cry. do alot of running atau spending time outside to tire anda out for the day, drinlk some warm susu before going to bed, read a book, a BORING book, and just be as comfortable as anda can. I really dont know how to deal with insomnia that much hampir setahun yang lalu

Do as LunaLovely said, and also relax anda muscles and clear your mind. Also, if anda have a Muzik player with soft, ballad-like music, listening to that before anda sleep might help, too. I also have trouble with insomnia, but this stuff helps a lot. I hope it will work for you, too. hampir setahun yang lalu
