Maybe, if they have a high metabolism.

My daughter has a size 0 body, and she comes sejak it naturally. She eats normally, complete w/occasional treats, and she exercises only moderately. I think it is the metabolism being high--other people in my family have this body type too(alas, not me).

Yes it probably is. My friend is a UK size 6 atau 8. I am a bit odd I am 34, 27, 39 so a 14 top, 14 waist but about a 16 bottom which makes life just a bit of a problem clothes wise.
