Are polar bears tameable?

I have a few soalan actually, i anda could awnser them all that would be great!

1.Are polar bears tamable?
2. Like if anda raise them from a cub will they be tame?
3. also is there a type of polar menanggung, bear that is the size of a med atau large dog?
4.would they make a good pet?
5.are they very violent?
6.are they friendly?
7.how big do they get?
8.what do they eat?
9.are anda allowed to keep them in captivity?is there a breeding program for them?
10.wil they change colour in warm weather? and if there in warm conditions do they still get blubber?
