i'm really into psycological horror but i've only seen video games and Filem in that genre no Anime so i'm just wondering if there are any

They are. ^^ I would say check out Petite Cossette out if my recommendations. It is an OVA series but is keseluruhan very good.

Puella Magi Madoka Magica.....mabey... the wiki says its a horror but i dont think it is at al,l i think it might be a physiological one though...
