The Student Council President at Miyabigaoka High School, he initially appears as a gentleman who marvels at Misaki and the changes she has brought to Seika High, offering her a chance to come to Miyabigaoka with an exceptional loan. He is quickly revealed to be a lecherous young man who has become bored with the women surrounding him, who are easily submissive because of his wealth, He tries to bribe Misaki. He enjoys causing drama around him and he thinks that money can buy anything. Misaki's strong will and outright rejection of his monetary bribe to have her sertai the Miyabigaoka Student Council captures his interest. It is later revealed that Tora has some ties to atau knowledge of Usui's past atau background, which he may be exploiting to some as of yet unknown end. Aware of the nature of Usui and Misaki's relationship, he continues to surprise Misaki and express an interest in how she will react to the confusing and manipulative way he speaks to her.
If anda never watched "Deathnote" anda probably don't know who Light,Kira,L(Lawiet),Misa,and others are.So I decided to do a Deathnote review.It's about a teenage boy finds a notebook that's called"Deathnote".In this book it says if a persons name is written in it that person will die in 40 seconds.And if there death was not written as well that person will simply die of a hati, tengah-tengah attack.
He doesn't believe this note book so he tries it out.And it works but he decides to get rid of the rotten people sejak killing crimials all around the world.But sejak using he finds a shinimajam ( I dont think I spelled that right)named Ryuk.He dropped his notebook and that is the notebook he is using.Later on this series turns into a creepy law-y how when characters like L,Watari,Near,Mello,Matt and many others come in.
So anyways there are other characters that are cool anda should like watch the show, the movies,toy reviews on Youtube, and watch peminat baesd episodes and pictures.
