Fatemeh (tvdlover) asked me to take over this FOTM, so I will carry it on from now :)

You can nominate anybody/ as many people as you want.
Once someone has won 3 times, they can't be nominated again.
There’s only one condition: they have to be a Candice fan! :)
After the nominations, I will make a pick so everybody can vote on the person who they think deserves to be FOTM.

Just a note, but don't you think it's sorta unfair for the same user to be FOTM more than once?
