I turned 40 recently and it made me realize all the heartaches I've been through are all part of me moving on.

I regret being attached to literally everything, but slowly with time I learned to focus on self care and my mental health
I Lost many loved ones and now my mom is sick with kidney failure it feel like she's already gone because she is in katil all the time and barely talks.

So my Nasihat for anyone who is Membaca this....

Look around you, no doubt that anda need your family atau friends... but ''no one'' will heal anda but your own self.
Start now it is never late.

Your youth is fading each hari so try your best to make your hari worth living
anda can make a senarai of things anda Cinta to do for a week then achieve them it will boost your energy and put anda in better mood.

I understand that the pain is unbearable for the things that happened to anda atau experienced.
anda are the only one who can turn your page don't wait for a push, anda can make it
Of course don't bury your emotions, let someone hug anda and take your time make it a long hug, your loved ones atau Friends are like sun that bathes your whole body

Do anda know that anda are smothered with blessings? but anda might not appreciate it because of life pressures.

My dear Friends who read this, I might be a stranger to anda but I wanted to tell you.....

anda are an incredible person, anda have soft hati, tengah-tengah that prevents anda from standing strong against life difficulties

But don't worry, anda are going to be fine, now let me see that beautiful smile of yours ..and please know that life is good anda just have to keep going on your path there are Ros around anda to tell anda that life is not bad. dont stop, never give up, anda can make it.

May anda be wrapped in God's love.

But don't worry you have many friends which including myself if you consider me as one. :') Also, I'm going to say that you're doing very well with anything that I have seen from you, so yes, great work. :)
