I know we've probably had an excess of these over the last few months, but I don't care. In my humble opinion, there can never be too many artikel-artikel defending Walt's girls. I believe Snow White, Cinderella, and Aurora just as much praise and recognition as any of the Modern atau Renaissance princesses. The three classic Princesses receive a large amount of criticism. They include "weak", "passive", "need a man to save them", "boring", "do nothing", "need a man to save them", among others (that last reason is so incredibly stupid and sexist). These "arguments" are beyond cliché, mind-numbing, and REPETITIVE. Actually, I would think that menunjukkan kindness, dreaming, singing, dancing, cooking, and doing chores would qualify as "something", but apparently they don't. Again, I just don't get it!
They are no worse than the characters of today. Actually, they're better than some of the characters today. Have anda people seen Bella angsa, swan in action? atau Ally Dawson?

Let's start with the one that started it all, Snow White. At a very young age (14, to be specific), Snow White has already been through quite a lot. The Evil Queen made her a maid in her own home. I repeat: a PRINCESS was made a MAID in her own home.
Snow White later on shows how wise she is beyond her years, knowing that she needs to get a roof over her head than anything else after running through the forest. We also see a manipulative side of Snow when we see her convince the dwarfs to let her stay.
So weak? No. You'd be terrified too if anda knew someone in your family was trying to kill you. And she sure knew how to get things done, for a 14 tahun old girl.

On to my personal favorite, Cinderella. Cinderella is incredibly strong. Like Snow White, Cinderella loses her mother at a very young age. Then she suffered through the loss of her father, and afterwards suffered psychological abuse from her stepmother and stepsisters. Judging from the opening scene, Cinderella is around 7 atau 8 years old. That means being a slave for people who treated her like she was lower than them for 10+ years.
She's also never outright disrespectful, but rather playfully points out the ridiculous of her stepfamily through fiery Petikan (for example, "Lucifer has his good points too. For one thing, he... Well, sometimes he... Hmm... There must be something good about him.")
That doesn't scream "doormat" atau "boring" to me. And to everyone saying she doesn't stand up to her stepfamily, I kindly suggest anda all go watch the movie again. She also plays a part in getting herself out of the tower sejak suggesting that Bruno assist with Lucifer, and she also escapes an Enchanted labu coach prison in one of the sequels. So damsel-in-distress, my a**.
Cinderella is not "flat". She is kind, humble, sarcastic, witty, and assertive.

Aurora, while not as strong as Snow atau Cindy, is certainly not a weak character. She's lived a sheltered life, and like the other two, her only companions are animals. She then finds the man she loves, and on the same hari is informed that she is a princess and has royal duties and responsibilities. And "no personality"? Really? From the (approximately) 18 minit of screen time she gets, I see that she's playful, shy, dutiful, obedient, and loves to dream.

The Classic Princesses have chosen to see the good in life, and I believe everyone should live sejak this philosophy. So don't call them flat. Don't call them boring. Don't call them damsels. Don't limit them. Like every other person, fictional atau not, they have their strengths, weaknesses, faults, and dreams.

I just had to include this image of Cindy here; she's so stunningly gorgeous. Skin, eyes, and hair are on fleek!

Please Note: This is a mature subject matter. If you're uncomfortable feel free not to read.

This is my first time Penulisan an artikel on Fanpop as well as on the topic of Disney but I have in fact written comprehensive artikel-artikel about the place sexuality holds in American society so I at least can claim to know my facts fairly well. This is a break down on movie sejak movie basis exploring the sexual tones, atau what I can pull since these are really films for kids, of not only the princess but also the prince as well as a few characters on the side. Let's go in chronological order!

If anda see one is not on the senarai please comment.

So as some of anda may have read, and if not then I highly recommend(!), my link. In that article, I mentioned a website called link which helped me a lot with understanding dominant characteristics relative to seasons. This site also provided a little Fashion Style Quiz! So, I couldn't help myself but to try and put myself in each of the DP's shoes and take the kuiz for each DP to see what style they'd get. I humbly do believe the results came out fairly accurate but I'd Cinta to hear what anda guys think!

I listed each Disney Princess in accordance with their dominant fashion persona. They all...

Please note that this is a countdown where we users make a lot of assumptions and don't provide proof of anything. This is for the amusement so please don't kill the fun :)

11. Prince
The Prince from Snow White comes in last place, can't say I'm stunned. At that time, Disney animators haven't mastered drawing male characters yet so I'm guessing what's underneath isn't HD quality either. He's also quite feminine looking, petite frame with soft edges. No worries though, Snow White loves his man for his huuuuuuuge hati, tengah-tengah :)

10. Charming
Nope, still not quite there with drawing men. Charming...

One of my kegemaran songs of all time.
One of my favorite songs of all time.
Disney's Frozen is receiving rave reviews, and the song"Let It Go"is one of the highlights of the film.Don't take my word for it-Wikipedia,as usual is great for such simple backround facts.I have decided that Elsa is my kegemaran Disney character, but I'm having internal Debat whether"Let It Go"is my kegemaran Disney song-time will tell, but I'm leaning towards"yes".On my Google cari history, there are queries such as "Let It Go is brilliant" and "Frozen Let It Go analysis",but having found nothing satisfactory,I've decided to write this post instead.
There has been much written about Let It...

I've never done this before. And as a new user, I'm pretty sure that I'm dipping into a kind of no-man's land, here.

I primarily judge Disney princesses not sejak their looks atau anything, but sejak their character, and sejak their plot-lines. Some of the Disney princesses are less developed than others, in my opinion, and that might be partially due to the story/plot-line itself ( as most of Disney is adaptation-based).

Some of the characteristics of each princess I find admirable, while other traits I just find...for lack of a better term...irritating. Yeah.

I'm going to rate the Disney princesses...
