I think so.

I think that Cinderella would be the best choice, because she's sort of a middle-ground: she isn't as meek as Aurora, adventurous and nosy as Belle or free-spirited and indecisive as Pocahontas. Elsa is recovering from a traumatic transition from childhood into adulthood, so she needs love, affection, comfort and support. She is a "proper lady" (keeps her belongings in order, enjoys fancy tea parties, pays attention to her dress code, is "as royal as can be", etc), has low self-esteem and certainly wants some peace and private space. So I think they're a good friendship match.

She knows how to not judge a book by its cover (though Elsa is beautiful), and has experience with outcasts who are considered "Monsters". She is also kind of an outcast in her village too. So I think thye'd get along the most.

I was thinking about "dreamy" qualities--- since Elsa has none. Belle has the least of the "dreamy" qualities of all of the above, which would probably allow Elsa to get along with her better.
