I like subtlety, it makes me respect the villain more. The way they did Hans though where it came out of left field and had literally no foreshadowing is a big no-no though.

I want to see a villain more like (SPOILERS FOR HUNGER GAMES) Coin from Mockingjay.

Maybe have the sidekicks or the parents be the villains.

I really don't like twists like Hans, I do like twists when they kind of give a little foreshadowing, but over all I love villains who are evil from the beginning.

I think that we should have a DP movie when there's no such thing as a villain like they did in Pocahontas. Cause in all honesty, It will be very satisfying to have a misunderstanding over something. "George Washingtonian Socks" Did this very well and had a great moral about how hard it's deciding who's in the wrong when you know both sides and don't have a one note understanding. It's really a beautiful. Nothing I really I want to spoil to the readers through. Anyway I basically find less generic and predictable the forum of entertainment is more I enjoy it. So having it obvious from the start is basically the worse choice for me.

I like a mystery

I too, don't like the twist on Hans. It came out of nowhere and had no foreshadowin! I only like villian twists that have foreshadowing. I like villians who are evil from the start because even they are obvious, at least they are entertaining.

The hidden villain recently has been overused imo. I'd like to see original villain back.

Call it cliché, but I wouldn't mind seeing a villain's apprentice (or side villain) taking over and becoming the main villain of the movie. So we know they're evil from the start, and have time to show off that villainy, but it could still be a 'surprise.'
