using superpowers against someone who has none is hardly a fair fight. so I'm going by if she didn't have any.

^^Hmmm. Just use the surroundings, and knock Elsa out... just like Hans ( who had no superpowers) was able to do. There. Elsa is unconscious.

Both are fast thinkers but, Elsa seems more likely to win since she has her ice powers; that she can kill Mulan with in a matter of seconds.

^^ I doubt it. Elsa is easily flustered. Besides, Mulan has all of the military training at her disposal, and the strategic use of her surroundings. Mulan won't be dead. Hardly. Elsa probably will have her hands full trying to take on someone who actually THINKS about her actions.
