I don't know why I used to let people influence my opinion on this! Mulan has plenty in common with Aurora, just because Mulan is the "biggest hero" or "most feminist" and Aurora is the "biggest damsel" or "least feminist" people think they're opposite. Aurora and Mulan are both loyal, obedient, unassertive, shy, easy going, dutiful young ladies.

Mulan has nothing in common with Snow White however.

Mulan's true opposite is Elsa, though.

Mulan starts off plagued with self-doubt, and grows out of it. By the time she is battling Shan-Yu, she is no longer hesitant about her self-worth, or her decisions. Elsa starts off with reticence, and mammoth anxiety, and they "rule over her" until Anna steps into the breach and solves Elsa's problems for her. Elsa never does get to "work through" her own self-doubt. Anna saves her, and preempts that process from happening.

Oh, I suppose so. Snow White is graceful and (most of the time) confident.

Rapunzel is Mulan's true opposite (popular, people-pleasing, inspiring leader ENFJ vs socially awkward, inventive, intellectual partner-type ISTP) but otherwise totally. Snow is a people person and doesn't really care about intellectual pursuits (we see Mulan kinda does- she likes challenges and helped that guy win at the game) and is generous to a fault. Mulan is just as loyal and loving but in a very different way.

Aurora and Mulan have so much in common I might need to write more about it later. that's why it annoys me so much when everyone acts like they're opposites (besides, you know, that it's annoying how people in general hold Mulan up as a flawless standard for all other female characters to meet). Like JNTA said- shy, unassertive, also very humble, obedient daughters, willing to marry strangers because it was the right thing to do.
