Both of them but, Ariel because of how she really wanted to save Eric when he was drowning before she even really knew him.

It's weird but I didn't think twice about this one. Although, it makes more sense for Ariel to be the more devastated one. But I truly think Ariel didn't have love at first sight with Eric. It was more an infatuation. Then she actually started to love him. But instinctively I pick Eric. I think he would feel insanely guilty.
