Unlike the other enchanted objects that were shown to speak, we aren't made aware of her human appearance, but I assume that was due to the pressure the whole crew faced to finish the production on time. The curvature of her hairdo is certainly similar to Wardrobe's head and, as you can see, Wardrobe also sported similar shades of green.
