Prince - This guy is so underrated it is not even funny. I personally find him to be hilarious. He is just so goofy, so sweet, and romantic. I would love a guy to sing a love song to me from below, and be dedicated to no one else but me. <3 Seriously, what is not to like about him? I know he doesn't appear long enough, but that is not a good excuse to dislike him. If only his flips and stuff from the deleted scene were added; that would make him so full of win.

Beast - God, he is amazing. I love him because of how developed he is as a character. He grows and changes throughout the movie, and that is what makes him interesting. I just love how he changes; in the beginning he is a dick, then he opens up more and becomes more civilized along with being more shy of his feelings. I relate to him the most out of the princes because he really struggles to change, deal with his feelings, and better himself.

Aladdin - I have a love/hate relationship with Aladdin. I love him because of how realistic he is as a character. He is insecure with his street rat status and doesn't feel good enough for Jasmine. However, I HATE HATE HATE how he constantly lies. It pisses me off big time. For the first movie, this is okay, because he hadn't learned his lesson yet, but the fact that he continues to do so in the sequels... -________-;;;

Shang - He is also terribly underrated, and this makes me really sad. I find Shang to be a wonderful character; he is selfless and sacrifices so much for his country, he tries his hardest for his father and men, and he even has a sense of humor to boot. I swear, I love Shang, and I always will.

Flynn - this guy is so overrated; he is just a blend of Aladdin and John Smith. Just saying.

I think the Prince should receive more credit for being the first! He is romantic and nice, his looks are a little weird sometimes but the animators themselves said it was hard to animate adult males that didn´t looked goofy...

Charming: I don´t think he is so bad, we just don´t get to see much of his personality...

Naveen: He´s cocky but funny and charming...

Eric - Eric is just...amazing. He's a loving guy who saves his dog from a burning ship. Seriously, I find it attractive in a guy when he loves animals. He seems genuinely interested in Ariel, and found her cute when she was looking at the stuff in the town. He decides to forget the girl with the voice and go after Ariel, and when Ursula takes Ariel into the sea, and risks it all to save her and protect her. He is such a wonderful guy. <3

Naveen - Oh gosh...>< He is just too cocky for my tastes. He says horribly rude things and treats Lawrence terribly. He won't admit that he was wrong about Tiana being a princess and blames it on her. And this: "Oh no, I made that promise to a beautiful princess, not a cranky waitress." Ugh! Seriously, who does he think he is? When he actually starts changing, I sort of like it. I like that he slowly changes, instead of in just one scene he instantly falls for Tiana. But, I have to say, the way he acted in the first half makes me really dislike him.

Eric
Eric does not want marry a girl he does not love. He loves sailing and not a lazy prince. He still works like other sailors. When storm burns the ship, Eric is saved by a beautiful mermaid Ariel who sings to him. He then falls in love with the one who has that voice. One day, he meets Ariel who seems familiar to him. Even though he does not know that Ariel is the one who rescued him, he still brings her to the palace. He's attracted with Ariel's beauty. Finally he wants to be with Ariel and forgets the girl who sings to him before he's hypnotized by Ursula as Vanessa. When he returns to his old self (not under the spell anymore), he wants to help Ariel fighting Ursula. He does not want to lose her again. He boldly kills Ursula though ultimately he gets exhausted. Then he and Ariel marry.

John Smith
He's an experienced captain who helps his friend even though it might be dangerous. He twice saves Thomas (in ship and after Thomas killed Kocoum). He is also adventurous, brave, popular, and admired. Many people like him (like what Ratcliff said). He does not have a place to stay in England. He falls in love with Pocahontas. However, they have different point of view. Then, Pocahontas teaches him about nature and diversity. They try to stop the war which is going to happen. And their love can stop the war, but John is shot by greedy Ratcliff who wants gold. At last, John is brought back to England, but as he and Pocahontas have said, "no matter what happens, I'll always be with you. Forever." Their love is not parted with distance.

Naveen
At first he seems to be lazy and spoiled. His passion is only music and jazz. He prefers marrying a rich girl to working hard. He taunts Tiana's industriousness. But finally, he is willing to work hard because of love. He falls in love with Tiana before Tiana realizes that she loves him back. Naveen eventually does not want to marry rich girl, but he wants to work to get Tiana her dream restaurant.

Flynn
Since the movie is from Rapunzel's side, he does not seem to fall in love with Rapunzel first. In fact, he's a little bit like Naveen who jeer his future spouse. Flynn mocks Rapunzel as Blondie or Goldie and even Gesundheit. He is a bad boy, but also silly. He could have deceived Rapunzel and cut her hair and sell it to be rich, but he did not do that. He's not an expert 'villain' though he appears to be a big thief. Finally, he falls in love with Rapunzel and starts to be good. (in I See the Light)

Eric, he is amazing, just amazing. i love him for many reasons where do i even start
-his faithfulness, he doesn't just go and meet girls, he just believe that one day he'll find her, and hit him 'BAM .. like lightening', he wants to marry the girl that saved him, he fell for her voice and she stayed in his mine the whole time he's with Ariel, the scene where he plays the flute at night, we can see him very confused, he trying to realize his feeling for Ariel before he does anything wrong that may make her think of something else, and the fact that he threw the flute away he was willing to give up that girl and go after Ariel, oh i wanted to see what's he's gonna do so bad if Ursula didn't stop him, -his modesty, he's so modest, and not in a prince personality, but in a guy's one, he's just ... not aware, any other guy would notice how much Ariel is trying and trying, he's not full of himself, and it's a rare quality to find in a guy these days.
-he's trustworthy, and brave, he saw Ursula and knew that Ariel is a mermaid, but he didn't care, he still jumped into the sea risking everything for her, you can trust him with your life.
-he's so caring and kind, i love the guy who loves animals, it says a lot about his personality, he even risked his life for his dog, i don't think he would be able to live with himself if you didn't rescue him, that's what's so great about him, he prefers to take the risks and live with the consequences than live with the guilt.
-he's a man's man, you can relay on him always, he's the type that not only girls love, even his guys friends and everybody he meets because he's simply awesome.
-he's just ...... aah, i love every move he makes, everything has meanings and tells so much about his personality and how great and genuine he is, he's amazing without even trying, i would be lucky if i met a guy as half good as him, and if i did, i will never ever let him go.

Naveen, i tent to put my list based on who would i like best IRL, that's why Eric is 1st and Naveen is 9th, i love Naveen in the end, but through out the movie, ugh, i wouldn't trust him, i wouldn't relay on him to do anything, and i don't like the guy who would make fun of what i work, or because i work too hard, i would hate him, and consider him shallow and spoiled and stupid, even though those kind of guys that i meet usually tent to make no harm what so ever, but i just CAN'T stand their personalities.

Charming, i love that he's romantic and all, i think it tells a lot about his personality when he roll his eyes to the sisters and pretend to yawn, everything's great until he send the guards after his girl, GET OFF YOUR ROYAL ASS AND LOOK FOR HER YOURSELF, hat's enough for me to put him last on my list.

Unpopular Opinion Alert!:

Eric: I'm not a fan. I've never cared for starry eyed, dreamboy types, and Prince Eric takes the cake. Frankly, in the scene where he throws the instrument (flute/recorder hybrid, I guess) out to sea and he starts going to talk to Ariel, he wasn't 'realizing he's in love with her.' He was giving up on finding this dream girl. Anybody who has ever been in love knows that it doesn't just creep up on you, it makes you feel like you've been hit by the love truck. So I think he just gave up, and then she just HAPPENED to be the one he wanted all along by sheer dumb Disney luck. So yeah... I await the stoning that shall commence .:) lol

Charming: I wish Charming had more screentime. That eye roll intrigues me. It means underneath that vacant, Ken-doll stare beats the heart of an intelligent (or at least, easily bored) human being. :)

Phillip: Omg. What a fox. Phillip would be creepy if he weren't so darn smooth about it. He isn't shy about approaching the beautiful blonde waltzing with an owl at all. He just strolls right up and is like, 'Well beautiful, you wished for the man of your dreams. Here I am. Let me have you now.' *strikes pose*

The Prince: He's so boring; I can't figure out why he's so popular on here. All he does is sing to & kiss Snow White at the end - that's all we see of him. He's not a very developed character and is just a plot device to save Snow White.

Beast: I think he is a very developed character. Through the movie you see his growth from a arrogant, selfish man to a caring and loving man. He lets Belle go to her father knowing that if she leaves the spell will never be broken.

Aladdin: I think he's funny, adventurous, witty, and charming. I think he is a realistic character. I like how he's always trying to impress Jasmine b/c he really likes her and wants her to like him back. I hate how people say they don't like him b/c he lies. Who hasn't lied in thier lifetime? He does lie but only b/c he needs to. If he hadn't lied and said he was a prince then he never would have gotten to see Jasmine again or have the chance to get to know her better. Both Aladdin & Jasmine would be unhappy if they never got together. I really love Aladdin and he is one of my favorite Disney characters of all-time :)

Prince: Yes he is only in the movie for a few minutes, but I simply adore all those seconds he is on screen. He doesn't do anything annoying/stupid/something that makes me dislike him, everything he does makes me smile. When he sings to Snow White, how can you not love him? And when he finally finds her after all that time searching for her, she is dead. The face he makes, OMG, poor thing <333

Phillip: My one true love <333 He is so brave, romantic, charming, sweet, Funny (IMO the funniest prince), dedicated, kind, loving, and I'm running out of words to describe him. I just love him <3

Beast: I don't like the Beast, but I can see why people like him. But for me it's because of personal reasons to why I don't like him. He is just so depressing to look at, he reminds me so much of how I used to be. He doesn't even try to break the spell, he just gave up. When Belle left and Gaston was about to kill him, he gave up once again. There is just so much sadness, and It's just frustrating to see him being so sad and not trying. And then he becomes "nice Beast" which IMO is the most annoying character in the movie. He is like a child in a beast's body (which obviously is a choice they made on purpose), but I wish he was more badass angry Beast more. Because except the scenes when he is angry, he doesn't seem like a beast to me.

Aladdin: Sure he lies a lot, and his hands aren't the cleanest, but he has a pure heart. He's really sweet, nice to his sidekicks, and he obviously loves Jasmine considering how hard he tries for someone so annoying :)

I will make these short.

Prince: He is pretty underrated. While not on screen much at all, when he is he is used to good effect His voice is great, and his actions do not seem creepy even when they should be.

Charming: Not to fond of him. He is pretty bland and while he has a nice voice I can't think of anything else to say.

Phillip: Great voice, and a good character even if he is a bit bland. Disney finally starts making attractive princes with him.

Eric: Good looking, seems like a nice guy, really falls in love with Ariel, seems like an all around great guy, just a bit on the uninteresting side.

Beast: He is my absolute favorite Disney character period. The change that he goes through is something that you do not often see in a Disney film, usually someone is either good or bad with nothing in between. He is a very real character who has a huge heart, even if it is clouded at the beginning.

Aladdin: Being the main character makes him a lot more fleshed out than most of the other ones here, and I really like that about him. He is good looking with a nice, albeit a bit plain, voice, and I like watching him on screen since he is an enjoyable character.

John: Good voice, nice looking, and I like the fact that he goes through a believable change in mentality. N+He is a natural feeling character and I enjoy his character.

Shang: That voice! That body! I like pretty much everything about this guy.

Naveen: Another one of those characters that you don't often see who goes through a huge change. I like him during the scenes where he is realizing what he was and what he could be. Entertaining character as well.

Flynn: I really like this character. His cockyness and narcissism could have been terrible, but it just borders nicely on that line. I can see him really existing. Also, like his voice and appearance.

Wow, this was not short at all.
