I don't see her as optimistic person. She's too passive.

Why is everyone voting for Aurora? She believes in the power of dreams and can't wait for her prince to come along.

Belle, meanwhile, is constantly complaining and being condescending to everyone she knows. That doesn't sound optimistic to me!

Tiana and Belle get my vote. Along with Merida and Elsa, they are the girls who are soooo often constantly bemoaning their circumstances, and complaining to the max about everything "not being what they'd like." They also treat nearly everyone around them with barely disguised contempt, and it just drives me nuts @$#! This is kind of why I don't like them.... And they get a low rating.

Aurora is "the dreamer" gal, and despite her depression over finding out she is a princess--- she never takes out her disappointment on other characters!!!!

I can't believe people are voting for Aurora. She's full of optimism. Tiana on the other hand has least of optimism.

I agree with the last 3 comments in regards to Aurora. She was quite optimistic, smiling almost every time she was on screen. I thought Tiana and Mulan doubted themselves the most and seemed to be the least optimistic about obstacles they faced. I chose Mulan over Tiana though only because Mulan didn't seem to realize her own potential and therefore seemed harder on herself, less optimistic, whereas Tiana always believed that no matter how many obstacles came her way, she was "almost there" and therefore was optimistic that she would eventually achieve her dreams.

Yeah, Tiana gets my vote on this one. She is the opposite of optimistic, especially relating to other people and mentality-wise as well. I am not saying she is bad, but Tiana is constantly pessimistic and not very positive or open to other viewpoints or people in general. It is only about her dream.
