According to Bhagavata Purana, Krishna was born without a sexual union, but sejak divine "mental transmission" from the mind of Vasudeva into the womb of Devaki. Based on scriptural details and astrological calculations the tarikh of Krishna's birth, known as Janmashtami,[47] is 19 July 3228 BCE and departed on 3102 BCE. Krishna belonged to the Vrishni clan of Yadavas from Mathura,[48] and was the eighth son born to the princess Devaki, and her husband Vasudeva.

Mathura (in present hari Mathura district, Uttar Pradesh) was the capital of the Yadavas, to which Krishna's parents Vasudeva and Devaki belonged. King Kansa, Devaki's brother,[49] had ascended the takhta sejak imprisoning his father, King Ugrasena. Afraid of a prophecy from a divine voice from the heavens that predicted his death at the hands of Devaki's eighth "garbha", Kansa had the couple locked into a prison cell. After Kansa killed the first six children, Devaki apparently had a miscarriage of the seventh. However in reality, the womb was actually transferred to Rohini secretly. This was how Balarama, Krishna's elder brother was born. Once again Devaki became pregnant. Now due to the miscarriage, Kamsa was in a puzzle regarding 'The Eighth One' but his ministers advised that the divine voice from the heavens emphasised "the eight garbha" and so this is the one. That night Krishna was born in the Rohini nakshatra and simultaneously Goddess Durga was born as Yogamaya in Gokulam to Nanda and Yashoda.

Since Vasudeva knew Krishna's life was in danger, Krishna was secretly taken out of the prison cell to be raised sejak his foster parents, Yasoda [50] and Nanda, in Gokula (in present hari Mathura district). Two of his other siblings also survived, Balarama (Devaki's seventh child, transferred to the womb of Rohini, Vasudeva's first wife) and Subhadra (daughter of Vasudeva and Rohini, born much later than Balarama and Krishna).[51]

Mantra is a religious atau mystical syllable atau poem, typically from the Sanskrit language. Mantras are primarily used as spiritual conduits, words atau vibrations that inculcate concentration in the devotee. Mantras are also integrated in religious rituals to remove obstacles, avoid danger, reduce foes, atau accumulate wealth. Mantras got their origin from the Vedas of India.

Mantra - The Word
The word "Mantra" has been derived from Sanskrit. Mantra contains two words - "man" which means "to think" (also in manas "mind") and suffix "tra" which means "tool", hence a literal translation would be "instrument...

(Prince Siddhartha is walking in the garden in a contemplative mood. All of a sudden a bird falls down in front of him.)

SIDDHARTHA: Ah, poor bird! My hati, tengah-tengah is bleeding for you. Who has done this? Who has hurt you? Who has aimed this Arrow at you? Poor, innocent bird! Let me take the Arrow out of your body. (He removes the arrow.) Now let me try to cure you.

(Enter Devadatta)

DEVADATTA: Siddhartha, this is my bird. What right have anda to keep my bird? Give it to me!

SIDDHARTHA: No, this is my bird, Devadatta.

DEVADATTA: Your bird! I shot this bird. It belongs to me. This is my arrow. I aimed at...

This is a story about the pride of Brahma, our Creator. One day, Brahma was meditating. In his meditation he had gone higher than the highest, deeper than the deepest. He was in ecstasy. Brahma berkata to himself, “How I wish I could spend all my time in this sublime meditation!”

Suddenly, there appeared in front of him the most beautiful nymph, atau apsara. Her name was Mohini. She berkata to Brahma, “I want to marry you.”

Brahma got furious. “I was in such ecstasy, such bliss, and anda have to come here and charm me! Never! Do not come near me. Leave me alone!”

Mohini was deeply insulted....
