((Note: Even though this is classified as a fanfic, this is a true story, the story of one Potterhead, and the years in which I grew up.))

I'm proud to call myself a Potterhead. It's a tajuk I've justly earned. Especially now. As our first tahun without Harry Potter draws to a close, all of us think back, back over the journey that brought us here.

My entrance into the world could hardly be called remarkable. The tarikh of my birth wouldn't become widely known for several years. I was born on July 31st, 1993, at 1:25 in the morning.

The first few years of my life are nothing but a blur, now. anda could almost say my life began five years after my birth, in August of 1998. This time, thirteen years lalu now, was the beginning of it all. J.K. Rowlingreleased Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in 1998. Not long after the book's release, I became , quite possibly, the youngest Potterhead in history.

The book was telah diberi to me sejak my kindergarten teacher. Since I was barely five, I was still too young to really understand the book. My mom turned it into my bedtime story, Membaca part of it every night to me. Out of the mists of my memories, I can still hear her voice, Membaca the story. "Chapter one, the Boy Who Lived…" Those few words began something that lasted for most of my life.

And so, as the years began to pass, I became a devoted Potterhead, even though the term hadn't reached my ears yet. I was young, yet I dreamed of Hogwarts letters winging their way towards me. I had quite a bit of merchandise from that time, most of which is still in my posession. The Harry Potter buku were, for quite some time, the longest buku in my library.

I spent hours poring over the books. When the first alih was released, I went tosee it for my birthday. That was in the summer of 2001. Even then, I was still young. When Voldemort made his first appearance, I had to hide my face. Yet the movie had a lebih lasting effect. Soon after seeing the movie, I returned to the books, and rereadd the first one. And that was when something strange happened. I heard the actors from the movie saying their lines as I read the book.

lebih time began to pass. I can remember refusing to see the saat movie in the theater, due to a certain pratonton menunjukkan the Polyjuice sequence. After that, I didn't see another one of the moviex in the theater, not for many lebih years.

***

As the years went on, I was no longer as devoted as before. I read the books, and saw the Filem some time after they came out, but that was all. Even though I slept on the same bantal as before, I no longer dreamed of Hogwarts letters. I had hidden my Potterhead past, seemingly for good.

In July of 2011, exactly ten years since the Filem began, and thirteen since the series began, the final movie was released. As soon as I saw the previews, I knew what I wanted to do for my eighteenth birthday, the hari my childhood ends and I become an adult.

As was fitting for my life, I saw the last movie in the theater, the only other Harry Potter movie I saw that way since Sorcerer's Stone. As the last scene faded to black, I could feel tears in my eyes. Not only was I crying for the end of the movie, but the end of my childhood as well. I couldn't quite force myself to set Harry aside. He had always been such a major force in my life. Yet I had to.

***

The first months were the easiest, actually. Occasionally I would have a moment, a moment where I would remember something. But they were few and far between. It wasn't until January 2012 that I reconnected with my inner Potterhead. I found people who knew almost as much as I did, who grew up with Harry, who I could connect with. I really found a place where I belonged. I found my Hogwarts in this very spot.

***

As we alih into our saat tahun without Harry in our lives, we can at least look back and proudly call ourselves Potterheads. "Always."

***

The past few months made me notice quite a few things I missed before. I was born July 31. I am very nearsighted. My name, Johanna, can easily be shortened to Jo, if I'd let you. My dark brown hair is a thick, untameable mess. My glasses are oval in shape. And, most curoius of all, I grew up with a family that never really understood me.

***

((I would Cinta to hear your thoughts. Also, *wink wink* if anda know someone that became a Potterhead at a younger age than me, I'd Cinta to hear about them. Feel free to share your own story.))
After having a long discussion with my friend, I came across a pattern in the series. Is history repeating itself? and are the harry potter buku truly over? The normal font= the first war, and the italics= the saat war. Read through the normal font first. Go back and read the italic font only. Then read them together. My theory will make sense (i hope)

First, Lord voldemort rises into power and harry's parents and others form The Order of the Phoenix
In the fourth book, voldemort rises into power and harry and others form Dumbledore's Army

Voldemort killes mudbloods and halfbreeds in the first...

I had a thought...

I'm sure I'm not the only one who is wondering how on earth Harry, Ron and Hermione could destroy all those horcruxes when Dumbledore, one of the greatest wizards ever almost died trying to destroy two of them.

And since Dumbledore and Harry really aren't the only ones who know about Voldemort's horcruxes, its possible that RAB has actually done the work for them without Voldemort realising it. Its possible that he actually destroyed all the horcruxes besides Nagini but somehow didn't live to tell anyone.

So the only horcrux that they would have to destroy would be the snake. Remember Voldemort only made Nagini a horcrux in Goblet of Fire. So she is at least one horcrux left that we know still exists.

I can't see Harry, Ron and Hermione managing to destroy 4 horcruxes without one of them dying atau getting seriously injured. That could happen too however...

CAN'T WAIT TILL IT COMES OUT! 5 DAYS TO GO!
I Cinta Hermione, Harry, Luna, Ron, Hagrid, Snape, Dobby and more. But loving these characters is kind of a common thing.. Some characters aren't loved, atau treated the way they deserved to be. Here is a senarai of underrated characters I absolutely love!

1- Fleur
In my whole life, I've never met a single Fleur peminat expect me. Everyone thinks that she is just an arrogant Veela. Nobody looks at her personality, even not a bit. Firstly, Fleur is daring. She may look like one of those fragile girls, however she participated in the contest in "Goblet Of Fire" and was the only girl in it. She cares about...

Hello guys! I know I haven't been active lately, to make up to it, today I'm Penulisan an artikel I thought about a lot before. So in my last articles, I actually berkata I disliked Ginny. As this artikel has some parts related to her, and I finally got the courage to talk why I dislike her, because many peminat-peminat are respective towards other's opinions, thank anda so much for that!

Through my journey of being a casual Harry Potter fan, I couldn't unsee a lot of unfair treatments towards many of the characters, groups etc. I want to state them clear in this article, so I made a senarai for you.

1- Dolores...

1. First of all, Luna is so, very unique. That's a great quality to possess and I think that's why I Cinta her so much, because she stands out.
2. Luna is a true Ravenclaw, underneath all that quirkiness, there is a layer of intelligence. She's the one who led Harry to the Grey Lady and she spoke the last words for Dobby.
3. No matter, how flawed anda are, Luna will always see the good things about you.
4. Luna doesn't care what anda think of her, she's different and proud of it. For example, she always wears her lobak earrings and Spectra-specs, and she doesn't care if it looks odd.

Although Dobby was a smaller character we all must admit that we cried at his death. Unless we're heartless. Dobby was full of such life and kindness. He had such compassion for Harry and appreciated him. He wanted to save Harry because Harry had helped him which often put Harry in a worse place. Harry and Dobby eventually became Friends even though they weren't close at first. Dobby was sejak Harry's side throughout everything even when Harry didn't want him to be. Dobby had few close relationships. He had a very close one with Harry and he was still trying to find a way to thank Harry for freeing...

(Countdown) Harry Potter Couples acording to Fanpop

16-Bellatrix and Rodolhpus: they are the least kegemaran of peminat-peminat because they don't actually even talk to each other inside the story and is a loveless marriage ,the only in the senarai to be that way

15-Petunia and Vernon: while they Cinta each other and care about their son, they being horrible and nasty people didn't let them have a higher place in the senarai and as a couple if it weren't for the dememtors Dudley would had grow up to be an even worse person than they are

14-Percy and Audrey: the only we know about them is that they have two girls,we...

Harry is in the forbidden forest, standing in front of Voldemort, about to give up his life. The book states "...and Harry thought inexplicably of Ginny, and her blazing look, and the feel of her lips on his--".

Now, a basic Membaca of this moment and people would think Harry's last thoughts were of Ciuman Ginny. Those who ship Harry with someone other than Ginny, will have his last thoughts be of that girl. The letter we have all been waiting for
The letter we have all been waiting for
Hogwarts was, until very recently, the 100-percent fictional boarding school in J.K. Rowling’s popular “Harry Potter” books. But thanks to an untold horde of would-be wizards, Hogwarts is now — if not exactly “real” — then something approximating it.
Hogwarts Is Here is the newly launched, fantastically elaborate brainchild of 24-year-old Web developer Keith Cardin, and it’s essentially a volunteer-run MOOC (massive open online course) for Muggles who wish Potions and History of Magic were actual academic pursuits.
When anda enroll and receive your electronic owl — “Due to...
