Filem Seram Soalan

Are there any horror Filem wherein death is NOT a crucial theme to its horror element? atau does not have death in it at all?

Ah, yes, The Fly. It's been a long time since I last saw it but I don't recall him killing anyone in it. The sequel though is again all about killing... None of the other anda mentioned I don't think I've seen. I've seen some Frankenstain monster film... But wouldnt anything related to it have death as a major element as the monster is put together our of body parts of dead people and so is a zombie.

Well I dont know if people would agree with me, but the original Halloween had lebih of an unknowing, spooky stalker feel to it. Add in the creepy Muzik and the unknown. But anda got that problem of yes he did kill three teens, but it was on the back burner. The story was lebih about Michael Myers and this " Are anda afraid of the dark" kind of tale about him and what he is/or might be.

Yes but I'm looking for Filem where they don't throw death at your face as any major part of the horror and in Halloween it however is so.

Persephone713, yeah I guess you're right. I was just hoping ther's been someone brilliant enough to make horror out something unrelated to death. :D

I think the saw Filem because Jigsaw doesnot want people to die they just do. He doesnot kill them. He makes them fight for there lives so there is alot of death in it but it doesnot throw it in your face they kill there own self.

But it DOES throw it at our face. It's not the point who ot how kills them. The point i sthat they DIE and that it's the point of the film, in this case through them failing to stay alive like Jigsaw lebih atau less wants them to. And the Saw Filem literally throw it at our face sejak being somewhat graphic about it. And it certainly is a major / main theme about the films. Death. But thanks for the effort! (:

I don't know if Barton Fink counts as horror. The old Tod Browning film Freaks, and the Shining. They all held a danger of insanity, not death.

I haven't seen the Freaks, but in shining the danger of insanity was directly and strongly linked to a murder.

I thought that the film's threat was basically the main character loosing his mind, which is not immediatley considered a lethal threat.
