„Maybe it’s the right time to talk...” he thought and after he put his drink aside he started to walk toward her. Unfortunately in the last moment one of Olivia’s Friends bit him to ask her to dance. He stopped on a dime and was watching as other man was slowly touching her hand and her waist. Hugh bit his lip and turned around, coming back for his drink. After having a couple sejak both Lisa and Hugh, DJ slowed down the Muzik again and this time Hugh decided not to waste his time.
“Shall we dance?” he smiled shyly, reaching his hand toward her in welcoming gesture, and she could actually barely see his face because of surrounding them dark. She agreed sejak putting her hand in his as his fingers tightened on it. He put his other hand on her back and slowly moved her closer to him, but not too close.
“Can we try to talk again..?” he asked bending his lips over her ear so she could hear him despite the music.
“Later…” she came even closer to him and put her hand on his chest feeling his fast hati, tengah-tengah beating.
He was surprised how good he felt having her in his arms. He knew her and she knew him like no one else, they trusted and felt comfortable around each other. Sometimes too comfortable…
“I’m sorry, I’m tired, I think I’m gonna go upstairs…” her words shook him awake from his thoughts as she took her hands away from his.
“Fine. Let me walk anda to your room.” He proposed and let her go before him.
As they reached the room, he helped her with the keys and opened the door letting her walk in first. He closed the door behind him, as she sat on the katil and started to take her heels off. He put the keys down on the nightstand and sat seterusnya to her. Noticing her travails with a strap, Hugh gently touched her leg and lifted, putting on his lap so he could help her with it.
“You don’t have to do this, I can…” she almost whispered as he disrupted her.
“I don’t have to, but I want to” he looked at her and smiled, taking her other leg and remove another shoe.
“I thought anda wanted to talk…” she said, putting her legs back on the floor, turning her body on the katil to face him.
“It can wait, we had enough “talk” today I think… anda should go to sleep now.” He nodded at her and stood up from the bed. He was walking to the door and when he put his hand on the handle she stopped him.
“Could you… stay with me tonight? I don’t feel so selamat, peti deposit keselamatan sleeping all alone in new places… If anda can atau only if anda want to, of course…”
“Sure” he turned his head to her with his fingers still holding the handle.
