I have seen Carrie-Anne in "Chocolat" months ago. And I thought that she has something in common with Lisa, but I didn't think it was Lisa, just thought she looks like Lisa ;)

Yeah ! I've heard that too. Even Lisa said that before House, people on the street came to see her thinking she WAS Melina Kanakaredes. And that's why she had straight hair in the first season !!
