End of Chapter 6

I ran out the doors, and continued to run for what seemed like forever. I slowed to a jog once I made it to the woods, my legs screaming with every step. I paused at the edge of the woods, my lungs breathing from the exertion. I was standing seterusnya to the woods, gasping for breath when I first saw it...the biggest dog I had ever seen. If I hadn't know this area I would have sworn that it was a wolf, which would be out of place for where we lived.

I stood up straight, my eyes never leaving the animal which stood where it was while watching me, not moving an inch. I'm not sure how...

Chapter 1

"Jacob!" My father's voice echoed into my room, which made me groan loudly and throw a bantal over my head in attempt to ignore him and go back to sleep. "Jacob, I'm not yelling again!"

I grumbled a few choice words under my breath and thought about going back to sleep until I heard the sound of his wheelchair coming down the hall. I knew that if he came into my room to find me and found me in bed, that I would end up doing every disgusting job that he could think of...

Chapter 7

"I'll call anda later." I berkata softly as I followed Charlie out the door and over to his car, which made me laugh softly. "You realize they all think I'm being arrested."

"Don't worry about what they think, we should be going." He berkata as he walked over and held the passenger door open for me.

I sighed as I climbed in, noticing that Charlie was being really serious, which scared me. We didn't speak a word as we drove to the hospital, but when we pulled in front of the hospital he paused and rubbed his eyes before looking up at the hospital then back to me.

"Let's go, your Father is waiting."...
