On the streets of the gated community of Riverside Hills, the sky was slightly clear with the touch of gray clouds in the sky with the full moon being taken over sejak it.
The night would probable been normal, but is Halloween, the night of mischief, imagination, and the most important of all: candy.
All of the children were trick-or-treating and receiving candies from Butterfingers to Twix, from Skittles to masam Patch Kandi and more. The best part was that it was all on Saturday, which means teen parties. The perfect time for long-time best friends, Kyle Ford, Mason Fox, and Casey Hightower, walking utama from a long night of partying on Halloween night.
“Man, that party was sick!” Kyle exclaimed.
“I just can’t believe it.” Mason quizzically berkata while eating his small bag of Reese’s kacang, kacang tanah mentega Cups. “You are carrying that garaj bag…”
“That has to be filled with countless pounds of candy. Seriously, you’re going to get either get sick, have diabetes, atau both if anda don’t be careful.”
“Hey, Aaliyah. I can take care of my health.”
Casey took off her black Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses and gave Kyle a look the saat he called her Aaliyah, the late R&B singer she was being for Halloween.
“Shut up, Thriller.” She called him out for his Thriller costume.
He points his finger at her. “Don’t diss the King, girl.”
“Oh, I would never diss him. Never, never, never. Not in a million years. I just dissed you.” She gave him a sneaky smirk.
Before Kyle could ever say anything, Mason pointed out,
“Hey, y’all. What's that over there?”
