Lloyd's of London has gone to court ... asking a judge to let the company off the financial hook, claiming it doesn't owe the Michael Jackson Estate $17.5 million on grounds MJ was a fraud.
The company issued the muilti-million dollar policy to cover the doomed "This Is It" tour for losses.
But Lloyd's claims it doesn't have to honor the policy for 2 primary reasons:
1. Michael Jackson and AEG allegedly lied about Michael's medical history -- specifically, MJ berkata he had not seen a doctor other than a cosmetic MD since June, 2005.
2. Michael did not disclose he was taking prescription drugs prior to and at the time of his death -- including Propofol.
Lloyd's is asking the court for a declaration that the policy is null and void as a result of the alleged fraud.
Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the Estate, tells TMZ, "This legal action is nothing lebih than an insurance company trying to avoid paying a legitimate claim sejak the insured."

one day, there's a girl name josephine, who just moved to LA with her aunt. after moving in, she goes to an Berlakon school. the same school with michael jackson kids.
and at the first hari at school, it seems like 4ever 4 her.after school, she goes utama to her house that only 4 bloks away from neverland.
and at the seterusnya day, she goes to the same class with paris. then, paris and her group is planning to prank josephine.
she planned that at p.e, when it's dogeball time, they all gonna beat joshephine. then, that all happen with only a perpecahan, berpecah of minute.
because of that, josephine have to go to th nurse room.
but the seterusnya day, is the worst hari for paris. paris almost always fail her math. but, as the teacher see that josephine is really really good at math, the math teacher told josephine to tutor paris.
for joshephine, it's really ok. but 4 paris, it was the worst hari and the worst felling ever...

t appears Katherine Jackson is going to do what Oksana Grigorieva couldn't ... appear on "The Oprah Winfrey Show."
Production trucks have arrived at the Jackson family compound in Encino along with two black SUVs. Members of the production crew told TMZ they are there for "an Oprah shoot."
A security guard told TMZ Oprah will not be menunjukkan up ... so this could be filming for an introductory segment of the show.
No word on what the interview might be about ... but we're guessing the words Michael and Jackson will be used often.
UPDATE 5:10 PM PT -- No one has left yet, but there has been a visitor ... the Domino's pizza delivery guy!
UPDATE 6:23 PM PT -- The production trucks are getting a parking ticket. Put it on Oprah's tab.
UPDATE 6:39 PM PT -- The two SUVs have taken off and the production crew has begun to load equipment. Looks like it's a wrap.
