BillyTheShark Ahaha, I love it. XD Of course, Twilight dresses as her heroine. ^_^ I officially want a Gummy suit now. And what the heck, a Pinkie suit for my cat.

fishypup This makes me feel sooooo happy...some of my favorite characters celebrating one of my favorite holidays. :3 Pinkie's costume is genius. It's too funny, and so her. My favorites are Rainbow Dash's skeleton suit (she's like a Thestral!), which reminds me of the skeleton costume that the Lisa Frank dog Casey wears...and Applejack's pumpkin. ^o^ Twilight's and Rarity's are perfect for them, and they look awesome. Especially Rare. Spike and Fluttershy's are adooooorable. HA--Rarity is the Bride of Frankenstein. I wonder whether they planned that, or if not, which one chose their costume first. Maybe it was just a coincidence, but methinketh not...!

My Problems with "The Mane Attraction"

Disclaimer: I liked the episode, I just didn't think it was as good as expected.

Here's why.

Way about half a tahun ago, at a kuda, kuda kecil convention, I'm sure most if not all of anda are aware of the animatic that was shown there; the animatic for the premiere song of this episode: "I'm just a pony."

Now, that was a RAW version of the song. untouched sejak any final edits as far as I knew.

In that raw form, however, there was a VAST amount of emotion behind it. It felt powerful, it felt pure, it was simply amazing.

And that right there sums up why I wasn't too invested into this episode: It didn't live...

After pelangi, rainbow Dash briefed me on my assignment, Nikki went in for her briefing.

Nikki: So, what is my seterusnya assignment?
Rainbow Dash: I assigned Sean to watch out for any suspicious activity in Ponyville. I want anda to do the same thing in Canterlot. If anda find any ponies working for ISIS, kill them.
Nikki: Will do.

Meanwhile, I was at Sweet epal, apple Acres with Applejack.

Sean: *Watching a part of town with binoculars*
Applejack: anda should take a break. If anda look through those things too long, you'll ruin your eyesight.
Sean: Okay. *Puts away binoculars* Nothing interesting is happening anyway....
